ABOUT US

What we do

Organise's mission is to give everyone the tools, network and confidence we need to improve our lives at work.

We build secure, safe campaigning and organising technology that's free and open for everyone to use. Whether you want to anonymously ask your colleagues about a workplace policy you think should change, or you're ready to write an open letter to your company's CEO – with Organise your data and identity will always be confidential and protected.

There are over a million people in the Organise network – asking questions, running polls, starting petitions. And the staff team are ready to help you win your campaign, or offer advice and help. Organise is the only place to safely get heard at work.

OUR team
The Organise staff team is a bunch of engineers, campaigners, technologists and communicators, committed to building an incredible community of organised workers.

Nat, CEO

Nat is Organise's co-founder and CEO. She co-founded Organise when her pregnant friend faced discrimination at work. She's our chief trouble-maker and musical obsessive.

Bex, CTO

Bex co-founded Organise and takes care of Organise's technology, having previously led the tech team at 38 Degrees. She's *very* into cricket and caffeine.

Anna, email queen

Anna is an email engagement powerhouse. When she's not emailing Organise members, she's watching Love Island with her cat, Pascha.

Andrew, lead engineer

Andrew takes care of our tech and development. After a busy day wrangling with the back-end of our tech stack, he puts his feet up with a cocktail (and he deserves it).

Martina, engineer

Martina is Organise's newest staff recruit, and works on our front-end development. She's originally from Austria and lives in Ireland, so her accent is delightful.

Lauren, engineer

Lauren takes care of our front-end development and did she mention she's from Canada? She loves dogs, pizza and (you guessed it) Canada.

Zainabb, community manager

Zainabb is the person who replies to your email, keeps conversations buzzing, and helps tweak campaigns so they're spot on. They're also the person always talking about raccoons.

Charlotte, operations whizz

Organise runs smoothly thanks to Charlotte, the operations manager. She lives in Norwich with her nervous dog, Zelda, and mountain of to-read books.

Roxy, rabble-rouser

Roxy dives in to help Organise members start and win their campaigns. She can help you plan your tactics or build your confidence, with her reassuring Yorkshire accent and snappy dress-sense.

Pavlina, multi-tasker

We're not sure what Pav doesn't do... Nope, drawing a blank. Pavlina is our global network lead, taking Organise into new countries, but she does a bit of everything else too (when she's not hiking mountains).

Chloe, cheerleader

Chloe sends emails, shapes strategy, thinks about revenue, and tries to make everyone laugh (sometimes successfully). Like Charlotte, she lives with her nervous dog.

TESTIMONIALS

Here's what our members say about taking action on Organise

"It gives me a chance to make a difference, also hope in a time when things are very difficult. Organise meant we could connect with others who had also been told to 'retrain in cyber' - now I can keep doing the job I love."

Organise member #419312

"As a disabled person I find the idea of going on a protest difficult but I still like to be kept informed on issues I could help wit and be able to influence decision makers by emailing, signing petition and answering polls where I can."

Join the worker-driven network

Each action gets us closer to our vision of a world where decent, fairly paid work is available and accessible to all, and where all of us are treated with dignity and respect at work.

Whether you’re a retail assistant calling for at least three people on shifts in case of an accident, or a self-employed mum campaigning to change the law around parental leave. Together we’re a powerful network who stand up for each other and win positive change in our working lives.
